Physical gift cards can be purchased at any of our restaurant locations across Australia. Online purchases are digital gift vouchers only.

All gift cards expire three years after the date of purchase.

Our digital vouchers are emailed to you straight away. You should receive a confirmation email, a purchase receipt, and the email linking to the gift voucher (if you sent this to yourself first).

If you have not received any emails after your purchase, please call our Reservations Team on 02 9259 5600 or email giftcard@pacifichunter.com.au and we can resend to you.

Rockpool Dining Group gift cards can still be used at all Pacific Concepts restaurants – Fratelli Fresh, El Camino Cantina, SLICE, The Bavarian, Beerhaus, Munich Brauhaus, Winghaus, and The Argyle – as well as all Hunter St. Hospitality venues: Bar Patrón, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple and Saké Restaurant & Bar.
