El Camino Cantina is a vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant and bar ablaze with neon lights and humming with trademark cool tunes and a sombrero-splashed, fun-fuelled vibe.

Each colourful cantina offers a value-packed, crowd-pleasing menu that is unashamedly Tex-Mex. Indulge in bottomless baskets of complimentary tortilla chips with vibrant salsas, flavourful tacos, sizzling char-grilled fajitas, buffalo wings, nachos with all the Tex-Mex trimmings, and other flavour-packed dishes.

The drinks menu heroes legendary margaritas that are served frozen and on the rocks and in a rainbow of flavours. Beer lovers can cruise through a selection of local and Mexican draught and bottled cervezas.

Featuring all the hallmarks of funky Tex-Mex flair, including neon signage, lightning bolts, cacti, crosses, and colourful calavera, El Camino Cantina is the wild child of the Pacific Concepts portfolio.

Come along, buckle in and enjoy the ride!

The Bavarian brings a German-inspired, Aussie-embraced dining experience to cities and regional and suburban hubs across Australia and New Zealand.

Iconic credentials are built on three key attributes: great food, unbeatable German beers, and bucket loads of fun.

True to its Bavarian heritage, the affordable, family-friendly restaurant showcases classic dishes such as deliciously warm, fresh-baked pretzels, roast pork belly and huge pork knuckles that are thick with golden crackling, generous sharing platters of traditional German meats, sausages and side dishes, and irresistible haus-baked apple strudel.

Nowhere else in Australia are seven styles of fabulous imported German beers found on tap, under one roof. Brews from Franziskaner, Löwenbräu, Hofbräu, Spartan and Paulaner are served in iconic one-litre glass steins, as well as beer paddles for tasting flights, alongside a range of Australian beers.

Welcome to Winghaus, a wing-packed, sauce-smacked, sports bar fuelled diner that specialises in all things chicken wings and boasts 40 taps.

Australia’s home of live sports, Winghaus broadcasts the latest games from around the world on its big screens every day of the week.

Inspired by the chicken wing’s cult status in the US, the seasoned Wing Masters at Winghaus have created wings with accompanying hot rubs, sauces and dips that are addictively good enough to have created their own cult following.

Other sports bar snacks include burgers, nachos, sauce-smothered hot chips, potato gems, onion rings, and pretzels.

Forty beer taps span pure German brews, alongside legendary American, Australian and European beers. Margaritas, negronis, and espresso martinis are also available on tap.

Whether it’s the corporate lunch hour, an after-work drinking session, or an evening/weekend sports game, guests can pair a beer or cocktail with a basket of wings, pick a bar stool, or a booth, and strap themselves in for a sports-fuelled dining and entertainment experience.

Welcome to Munich Brauhaus, where it is Oktoberfest every day of the year!

Large, loud, and unapologetically bodacious, our Bavarian-inspired bier hall is a playful space where generous-sized, classic dishes are a drawcard, a range of imported German biers a point of difference, and large spaces, communal tables, and quirky oompah band entertainment a nod to its traditional Bavarian heritage.

Dishes pay homage to all things pork, including plump sausages, crispy pork belly, and famous crispy pork knuckles that are blistered with golden crackling. Schnitzels are huge, pretzels are house-baked, and shared platters are piled high with hearty meats and lashings of sauerkraut.

It’s Hops O’clock all day long, with one-litre glass steins of imported German biers, such as Franziskaner, Löwenbräu, Hofbräu, Spartan and Paulaner, headlining the drinks list.

Or say ‘Prost’ with a traditional schnapps, or two. It would be rude not to!

Fratelli Fresh brings robust Italian flavours to the table in casual, crowd-pleasing proportions.

Whether it is from popular CBD digs, or stylish suburban locations, Fratelli offers something for everyone: a family table experience, an intimate date night, group adventures, and playful, post-work, happy hour fun.

The menu is the ultimate, seasonal, movable feast: beginning with a selection of antipasti, progressing to pasta, pizza, and main dishes, segueing into vibrant salads and side dishes, and ending with fabulous, hand-crafted desserts and a paintbox of house-made gelato flavours.

An accessible drinks list spans cocktails that are inspired by Italian classics, a broad range of local and Italian wines and prosecco, and a selection of local craft beers and Italian brews.

Fratelli is committed to putting the pizzazz in your pizza, the spritz in your step, and the rainbow in your gelato: it’s a place for everyone.

Beerhaus is a super-charged taproom with 40 draught brews and a menu of beer-friendly food.

From steins to beer paddles, and pure German beers to international craft brews, guests can beer-hop to the backdrop of live TV sports, acoustic sessions, and trivia nights on different days of the week.

A casual hang-out with 20 large-screen TVs, Beerhaus offers a value-packed menu with sections dedicated to burgers, schnitzels, and wings. Other house favourites include warm pretzels, nachos, beer-battered fish and chips, Riverina Angus rump, and the Beerhaus pork roast with traditional trimmings.

Run don’t walk for the $20 pork roast menu every Sunday, because when that crackling goodness is gone, it’s gone.

Bar Patrón is a casual, modern Mexican restaurant and bar that blends authentic and aromatic Mexican ingredients with the finest local produce.

A menu of quintessential Mexican favourites is bold in flavour and approachable in price, while the drinks list includes a vast range of Patrón tequila, cocktails, Mexican beers and international wines.

A beautiful interior design delivers hints of Mexican haciendas and colonial touches. A simple white palette is complemented with lush greenery and soft Italian leather upholstery in warm orange and red tones.

Diners can sit at intimate or larger tables, as well as a huge, window-side Carrara marble bar that offers magnificent views of Circular Quay and the Harbour Bridge.

Bar Patrón exudes the Mexican estilo de vida – or way of life: fun-filled, flavour-packed and effervescently charming.
