Pacific Concepts provides materials on the Site, including text, images, audio and video, (“Materials”) for information purposes only. By choosing to use this Site or download Materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you should not use the Site or download Materials. No verbal discussion or negotiations for the supply of any product or service will be binding unless confirmed in writing by Pacific Concepts.

If Pacific Concepts states a price on the Site in relation to a product or service, that price is indicative only of the current price and should not be taken as a recommended price for that product or service. Pacific Concepts does not claim any proprietary rights to any Third Party’s logos or brand names mentioned on this Site. If you use a link from this Site to a Third Party’s website, you acknowledge that Pacific Concepts has no control over the content of that website and no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a transaction that you may enter into after linking to that website. Pacific Concepts takes no responsibility for the content of any Twitter or Instagram posts that feed on to the site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE

ACCOUNTS, PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY BOOKING ONLINE
Pacific Concepts can use third parties to take payments and bookings online.
Roller Networks Australia Pty Ltd (“Roller”) provides Pacific Concepts with booking software to sell event tickets, experiences, products and offers online. To book online you will be redirected to a SSL encrypted booking site.
You will be provided with an automatically generated email receipt of all monetary transactions made through Roller.
Upon making a direct payment for an online booking, you may be charged a processing and administration fee that is not recoverable under any circumstances.
If you are entitled to a refund, the amount of refund will be credited directly to the direct payment method used. In the event a refund to that payment method is not possible alternative arrangements will be made to deposit funds directly into any Australian Bank account.
ALL RESERVATIONS
All cancellation and refund policies are provided to you prior to you confirming your booking and in the booking confirmation email that is sent to you.
If you have a dispute regarding the amount of the refund given to you, you will be required to resolve the issue directly with Pacific Concepts. Pacific Concepts reserves the right to reject and evict you from their premises at their discretion.
VENUE AUTONOMY
Pacific Concepts and associated Venues retain the right to refuse entry if they form the view that you are either intoxicated or have not complied with our terms and conditions of entry. Making a booking on the Pacific Concepts platform does not entitle you to automatic entry. By making a booking on any Pacific Concepts site you accept and acknowledge the risk that you may be refused entry for failure to comply with the terms of entry and conditions of the Venue of your booking.
If you have an issue or complaint regarding the terms and conditions of entry, it is up to you to make the complaint directly.
